How does it work?

Our Negotiation Service

Once the property has been found, you can use our most popular service, which is to negotiate for you. This removes emotion from the negotiation and means that we can apply our expertise with the objective of getting you the best value deal possible; saving you money. Using our skills and knowledge in this area; successful negotiation can save you thousands of pounds. We can also advise you on the appointment of other professionals needed to complete a purchase. if you require our negotiation service, in isolation of our other services, we offer a fixed price of £500 (half paid when the sale is agreed and the balance on exchange of contracts).

What happens


We would have an initial consultation in which you discuss the property you have found. This can usually take place via email so that photos, details can be seen.

We will discuss your thoughts on price and your budget.

We will then take the information and carry out research on the property.

When this research is completed we will get in touch with you and give our opinion regarding the price and discuss what we believe is an appropriate figure to begin negotiations.

We discuss the margin you feel comfortable giving us to negotiate with before coming back to you.

We then begin the negotiation, reporting back to you at regular intervals until the negotiation has reached a satisfactory conclusion.
